Within last decade we carry out the complex program of modernisation which has allowed the enterprise to provide release of competitive production of the European quality and to keep in the lead positions in the market of the equipment of children's playgrounds. Therefore one of the basic directions of use of profit of the company "KSIL"are investments into modernization of manufacture and introduction of modern technologies.

For today in territory of 7,1 hectare 16200 square meters of own industrial premises which make all technological chain of our manufacture settle down:

• Wood processing manufacture is one of the most important stages in creation of production "KSIL". On our manufacture stages of processing of wood are realized all: drying up to furniture humidity, processing and склейка under pressure special glues, finishing processing. At these stages known quality, reliability and durability of wooden elements of production also is formed.
  
• Processing of plywood – only the hi-tech manufacture equipped by modern machine tools can meet the requirements of existing standards of safety of the equipment of children's playgrounds. Bends and the radiuses, the rounded edges - here the most complicated problems which allow us to solve the best machine tools with program management.
  
• Metal processing manufacture this part of our enterprise equipped by the multipurpose equipment allows to carry out any problems connected with features of products let out by us. Strict requirements to radiuses, accuracy of manufacturing of metal details of the game equipment and to loadings, really demands creation of an industrial batch production and reliable quality assurance.
  
• Drawing of paint and varnish materials – a lot of various shops in structure of our enterprise. Painting of plywood, wooden or metal elements demands absolutely different materials and technologies of drawing. For observance of these technologies the special sites of the manufacture intended for preparation of surfaces under painting and creations of certain temperature modes are created. All this is required what to guarantee quality, stability and a saturation of color "KSIL".
  
• Plastic alloy under the pressure and rotor forming are the most harder and technological capaciously manufacture. For all plastic elements we are marking out by our logo "KSIL".
  
• The concrete manufacture, intended for creation of small architectural forms and elements for an accomplishment, lets out urns, flowerpots for flowers, landscape gardening sofas and ferro-concrete figures.
  
• The complete set and loading – is the structure of our enterprise, uniting in warehouses of ready elements and details, a complete set of production, the control over quality, packing and loading to clients of finished articles. The end result of work of all our manufacture depends on the precise and harmonious work of this division.
  

But the most important active of our company are people, more than 300 high quality experts daily participate during manufacture of elements of the playground equipment. "KSIL" - the most unique enterprise on manufacture of the equipment for playground equipment at Russia, last certification in the international certified center TUV Product Service GmbH, confirming safety and hygienics of the manufactures, and as constant documentary quality assurance of production.Integral part of the given certification is annual visiting and checking of the factory by the international experts.
