PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT

MATERIALS.

To producing playground equipment of KSIL, only perfect materials are used:

1. Pine wood uses to create as glued, and complited details.We use only the perfect board subjected special processing and drying up to furniture humidity. For giving special durability to bearing designs we use technology glueing under pressure several layers of wood. Considering that the pine is a natural material, owing to such processing on products there are no large cracks and will not change plane geometry. After manufacting all details are grinding.

2. Birch plywood an excellent constructional material. We use in our manufacturethe best waterproof plywood only. Reliability and high durability of this material allow to use it everywhere on our products and not only to creation of decorative elements, but also for to design and additional durability. It is very important at processing plywood careful polishing of edges.

3. Metal details, uses in our designs, have smooth radiuses and careful processing of seams that allows to give safety to this material used at manufacturing of elements of children's playgrounds. Processing of different metal elements depends on their purpose, it is hot galvanizing, zinc-covering and a covering powder paints. For such details as, for example, slopes of slides we use stainless steel.

4. Plastic - bright, reliable and steady against an environment a material. We make details of polycarbonate, polythene and polypropylene, doing from these materials of a composition depending on a place of application of a final product. All plastic applied by us, represents a homogeneous material, unlike layered plastics executed on the basis of fiber glass fabric. Way of manufacturing of our plastic elements is " injection by pressure " or " rotor formation " for what it is required.

5. Polypropylen's rope – specially made for use on nurseries and athletic fields ropes with metal reinforcing. "Pyramid" grids, a ladder, suspension bridges, grids for game and sports complexes and other things made from this strong, proof and safe material for children.

6. Paint and varnish coverings – group of materials on which appearance and durability of production let out by us depends. Constant testing and the researches spent by our enterprise, allow to select only the best paints and the coverings of the European manufacture specially intended for application on children's playgrounds. It, as a rule, two-componental paints proof to complex weather conditions, to action of a ultraviolet and thus, they are extremely plastic.

All materials we are using to produce our products are certified for manufacturing products for the children.
