PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT

GUARANTEE CERTIFICATES.

1.GUARANTEE PERIOD.

The manufacturer's guarantee operates from the moment of transfering of a product and before the expiration of 12 months (1 year) from the moment of the transferring. The owner has the right to make the demands on the Guarantees connected with lacks of production "KSIL", in current of the garranty period. On this guarantee the elements with industrial or other defects will be replaced free and delivered to a warehouse of the nearest representative "KSIL".

2.CONDITIONS OF GRANTING THE GUARANTEE.

The guarantee certificates of the Manufacturer stipulated by the Guarantee, are given at purchase of the new equipment of a children's playground at the official representative "KSIL" and under condition of performance of following conditions:

- There were no deliberate or careless actions of the Owner or other people concerning production "KSIL" or actions being the consequence of a negligence, vandalism, misuse, accident, or force-majeur circumstances;

- There were no modification of production or transfomation of its construction;

- Production was established or served by qualified assembly or repair organization and original material was used "KSIL";

- Production was maintained, served, and contained according to a technical management ;

- Grantings of the documents by the Owner, concerning to the history and service of production "KSIL";

The guarantee does not extend on natural deterioration of a paint and varnish covering, and also pollution, attritions and the deformations which have appeared after transfering of the equipment to the Owner.

Applications "KSIL" are accepted in written form during action of a guarantee or not later than one month after the expiration of its term.
